Ship the product:

We provide shipping for products within the country. We also provide shipping service outside India .You may have to bear the shipping cost.

Accept Returns:

In wholesale no return no exchange accepted, If you ordered the item & made payment then return not possible, return accepted only for damage pieces but we want product video with courier cover.
The returns will not be accepted if the customer has worn, used or washed the fabric. Customers are requested to email to info@saffora.com for queries.
We are dealing online only if you want to check the products quality then order 50 pieces samples in each item like in leggings you have to mix any colour in fifty pieces, tops mix any 50 colours,dress material mix any 50 colours, gowns mix any fifty colours, plazzo mix any 50 colours. In each item you have to mix fifty colours & designs.
We can design products as per customer demand as well. You have to notify us on contact us page regarding designing your own design. After that we will confirm you.

Note: Many people are looking for good quality in low price but it’s not possible. If you are looking for a good quality products like fine stitching,color guarantee then price will be high. Some customer is looking for colour guarantee in 40 rs. So it’s not possible. We believes in quality not quantity.

Payment Terms:

Payments are fully advance, prepaid. The cost of the product and shipment cost has to be paid in advance.
Our Shipments team cannot clear and ship the item without getting clearance from accounts team.
Payments done through payumoney, paytm or paypal will be refund adjusted on your next purchase. There will not be refund back to the bank accounts for payments made via paytm or payu gateway. This is because these service providers charge 2 to 3% surcharge for each transaction. If you request amount to be refunded back to your bank account, then the surcharge amount will not be refunded.

Payments can be done using either of these methods:

NEFT Bank transfer
Credit/Debit cards or net banking. Additional fees of 3% may be levied for this service.
Wallet systems like paytm, oxygen etc. Additional fees may apply.
International credit cards – VISA, AMEX, Maestro
Paypal – additional 5.5% transaction fees may apply.

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing them by sending us an email at info@saffora.com
Our systems will auto process the order on clearance from our fraud system’s team this usually happens within 30 minutes.
Orders will be processed to the manufacturer’s queue after 30 minutes and following which the cancellations will be valid only if the brand runs out of stock.

Shipping & Delivery:

Every product has to be sourced, arranged, packed and shipped to the customer location.
The time to ship normally varies from 1 day to upto 15 days.
The time to ship will be indicated by our orders team within 30 minutes of order confirmation.
Before Customers placed order they should check the products availability with us sometimes products maybe out of stock.
